Marc Dwyer, Esq. specializes in Child Custody, Criminal Defense, and Bankruptcy. He currently serves as lead trial counsel for the firm’s Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy Divisions and has personally handled thousands of civil and criminal cases in both federal and state courts. He has represented landlords, tenants, employers, employees, creditors, debtors, husbands, wives, home builders, buyers, sellers, and even non-profit organizations, including churches and church-related entities. He was admitted pro hac vice to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He is also admitted to all three Federal District Courts covering the State of Florida (the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts). He is also the first student of Florida Coastal to win a State-Wide Best Individual Appellate Advocate Award in State-Wide Moot Court Competition.
